***If a student or staff has had a COVID 19 test recently, They SHOULD NOT return to school until they have a negative test result from the health agency (regardless if symptomatic or not), and have met any required quarantine protocol based on positive test results or known possible exposure.***

Parents are expected to screen students before sending them to the bus stop or school.
If the answer is yes to any of the screening questions your student will need to remain at home. Please contact your child's school to notify them of the failed screening. CALL (870) 222-5444 (leave message if no answer).
If any answer is yes, it is highly recommended that you contact your student’s physician and, if needed, they be tested for COVID-19.
Close Contact is defined as an individual that has been within 3 feet for 15 cumulative minutes or longer within a 24 hour period to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Has your student had an unexplained cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell? (YES/NO)
Has your student had close contact with an infected person (COVID-19) within the previous 14 days and is now having symptoms? (YES/NO)
Has your student had a fever of 100.4 or above within the last 48 hours? (YES/NO)
COVID-19 Point Of Contact - if the following occurs - CALL (870) 222-5444:
Student/Staff has been tested for COVID-19. Student/Staff should remain in quarantine pending the result of their COVID-19 test.
Someone in the household has symptoms and tested for COVID-19. Students/Staff are recommended to quarantine pending the result of the family member’s COVID-19 test.
Student/Staff has been identified as a close contact to a positive case of COVID-19 within the previous 14 days and is now having symptoms should quarantine.
