Cybersecurity State Laws - effective August 1
- Act 504 directs school districts to create technology resource policies and develop training programs.
- Act 510 exempts school districts from the Arkansas FOIA’s open meetings requirement when discussing a cyberattack
- Act 846 creates the Arkansas Self-Funded Cyber Response program to cover damages/losses caused by a cyberattack.
